It has been a very busy year for us all on the Jellycat team and a lot of things have happened.
Amongst many of the notable moments during the year, the uptake of staff has been one of the most important!
After last years Christmas debacle, we made sure to take stock and provide you with a much faster, more efficient service by completely changing our infrastructure.
Lets take a look at the hottest Jellycat Toys that have been bought this year and end with a few of our staff favourites!
We start of with a few constant favourites of this year! The Bartholomew Bear caused quite a stir earlier in the year, with massive delays and even bigger demand! By the end of January we had 300+ orders for them, and he is still in high demand! Currently out of stock still, but they should be back in time for Christmas this year! Peanut Penguin has been a consistent seller too, with all sizes being out of stock at one point! He's a super cute toy that's been around longer than a lot of the staff, it's no wonder he has been so highly sought after. An absolute Jellycat classic. Sage Dragon was introduced to us earlier this year - and has not had the chance to settle down he's so popular!
Lets take a look at a few of our staff's favourite toys this year!
First to make the list is the
Amuseable Gingerbread House. This is our Social Media mogul's favourtite of the new range, and I agree that it is beautiful! The Gingerbread House is the perfect compliment to any household arrangement, and would look great sitting by the fire, or under the tree! The
Onyx Dragon is a part of the brand
new Christmas catalogue, but was released earlier in the year as a pre-release to stir hype for the new Christmas range and we can't get enough of them! Jet black fur and shiny silver wings make for an awesome, impressive, and elusive natured dragon to be beloved by all! Onyx comes in 3 sizes, and Jellycat have spared no expense here, and it really shows! Such a wonderful design in such a beautiful colour! Our freshest face in the team chose Onyx, and we can understand why!
Which Dragon is your favourite?
It comes as no surprise that
Mitzi Reindeer makes this list! Mitzi comes in two super cute sizes, which compliment her adorable design withought comprimising the rigidity of her. Designed to stand up on all four legs, Mitzi is an absolute must have this year, and makes for a perfect Christmas time scene. You might be leaving one more carrot out this year!

Discontinued Favourites
Tad Tree Frog is our Florists' favourite discontinued item. Tad Tree Frog was discontinued and is now kicking back and relaxing on the local lily pad.
Frizzles Beetle was the perfect small gift, the small stature aided in it's adorable charm! We certainly miss those big round eyes!
Drake Dragon was a strong start into the Dragon realm, and he certainly paved the way for the designs we love today!
