Jellycat: What is so special about them, and why are they taking the world by storm?

Like myself, I am sure that the not-so-sudden success of Jellycat has taken some of us by surprise. Personally, I had never heard of this soft toy company before I came to work for Fleurtations. I had many questions. Who is this company, where are they based, and why is the world going crazy for them? I joined the team at the start of the second lockdown.
