Like myself, I am sure that the not-so-sudden success of Jellycat has taken some of us by surprise. Personally, I had never heard of this soft toy company before I came to work for Fleurtations. I had many questions. Who is this company, where are they based, and why is the world going crazy for them? I joined the team at the start of the second lockdown. Since the start of my employment I have intimately worked with these beautiful soft toys, and I feel confident in my ability to answer this question for you. Jellycat have been creating soft toys since 1999, and started their company here, in London, UK. They started with small, unusual and instantly recognisable designs that would establish them as innovators in their field.
